Can I get a refund after I Scedual and pay for my rental
Over The Rainbow does not give refunds. We Will work with you to help you get another date for your rental if the item (s) are still available.
How do I book an appointment with Over The Rainbow

Do you have a price list for your vintage and handmade rentals
No we do not have a price list that we can send you. Most of our inventory is priced online. If you can't find a price please msg us at overthe.rainbowantiques@gmail.com
Is it ok to just stop by and see your rentals
No we are available by appointment only. If you would like to see our rental inventory in person you can book an appointment by emailing us at overthe.rainbowantiques@gmail.com
What method of payment do you accept
Over The Rainbow accepts cash, money orders, and PayPal. Our preferred payment method is PayPal.
Do I have to pay a security deposit
Yes we require a security deposit in the form of a current credit card being on file. And a signed contract while our rentals are in your possession.
Can I reserve an item
Yes, we ask for 50% nonrefundable retainers fee when you reserve our rentals.
Do you deliver, how far, and what's the cost
We do deliver to the following areas in KY: Barbourville/Corbin/London/Williamsburg/Pineville/Middlesbrough/Mt.Vernon/Berea/Richmond/ and Lexington. Our delivery fee starts at $140 one way. We also have a minimum on all of our deliveries of $400. Weekends may not have the same minimum. If you would like more info please contact us. (Occasionally we deliver to Somerset/Harlan/Georgetown/ and Danville KY)
May I pick up my rentals
Yes, most of our rentals can be picked up and transported being you have the appropriate vehicle(s) Rules apply with care on our rentals.
What if it is raining on the day of my rental, do I get my money back?
No, we do not refund due to rain. We can reschedule your rental date if you have not come and picked up your item (s). If you have already picked up your item (s) and you have it in your possession then it is considered rented whether it is raining or not. If it rains on your wedding day please refer to the contract for more details of delivery.
How long is the rental period?
Most rentals are for one day or per event. You may pick up your item(s) the day before the rental. And bring it back the day after the rental. Except for on the weekends. Pickups for wee kend rentals are Thursday or Friday afternoon from noon til 5pm by appointment only. Returns are Monday before 5pm or another date rent will be charged.
